Delivery
Delivery for this item will be within 5-10 working days approx. Please supply a mobile number on checkout so that our couriers can call you to arrange delivery of your order once they collect it from us.
On the day of delivery the couriers will call you approx 30 minutes beforehand so that you don't have to sit indoors all day.
Please note if you live in a house delivery is just inside your front door, or if you live in a block of flats delivery is ground floor only.

We understand buying a bed on the internet can be a little tricky without seeing, or more importantly, sitting on it first to see how it would feel. So if you feel this product isn't right for you within the first 14 days of receiving the item, no problem! Please email us and we will collect the item for a fee of £50.
All we ask is that you keep the packaging so that it can be packed back up again ready for collection. Please also keep it safe in your possession so that it doesn't get dirty or damaged before we collect it.
Before unpacking and trying the mattress, it is advisable to not remove the packaging as you are able to test if the mattress is to your satisfaction with the packaging on. If you take the mattress out of the packaging and use it we cannot accept a return due to health and safety reasons.

1. We are a heavy couple, will this bed be suitable for our weight?
We would strongly advise you to upgrade the bed to a re-inforced bed. This will make the bed extremely strong and ideal for heavier people. You won't have any issues with the bed then, and it will last you many years.
2. How easy is assembly?
Assembly is very easy and should only take 5 minutes. All you have to do is attach the headboard to the base and use 2 U Clips (which are provided) to clip the 2 bases together underneath so that they do not move.
3. How high is the base?
Base is approx 14 inches high.
4. Is headboard provided?
Yes the same design headboard pictured in the main product image is included for free.

54 inches from the floor to the top of the headboard.
6. Can I buy the bed on it's own?
Yes off course you can, when selecting mattress simply choose 'No Mattress' and you can buy the bed on it's own.

No, it is a solid platform top divan base.
Apart from the small single and single beds, the bases come delivered in 2 halves, thus making it easy to take upstairs (we can also do a split base option, please contact us for further details). Headboard also comes separate and has to be attached.
